Completely addictive cinnamon sugar coated toasted flax seed. Adapted from Two Peas & Their Pod's Cinnamon Roasted Almonds recipe.

Ingredients
1egg white
1tspwater
2cflax seeds
6Tbrown sugarpacked
1/4tspcoarse sea salt
1Tcinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a large cookie sheet (or 2 smaller cookie sheets) with parchment paper.
Whisk egg white and water together until nice and frothy.
Add flax seeds and stir until all are completely coated with egg white.
In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt. Add to flax seeds and mix well.
Spread mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet in a thin layer. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until toasted to your liking. Stir every 15-20 minutes or so.
Allow to cool completely, stirring occasionally to break up any clumps. Store in an airtight container and try not to eat them all in one sitting. :)
Notes
Not into flax seed? Try this same recipe with any type of nut or seed you like (or a mixture!) - just make sure to use raw, unsalted nuts/seeds, since you'll be toasting them.
